The Legos are in good condition as they were taken out of the box for storage. They have been opened but only to have the minifigures removed and then placed back into bags for safe keeping and has no damage on them whatsoever.
MINIFIGURES ARE UNFORTUNATELY NOT INCLUDED
Except for the Battle for Atlantis set, that one does come with the minifigures and is still sealed.
